With nearly 10 years of teaching experience, Dr. Moshfegh is an experienced speaker and is frequently sought out by academic institutions and medical centers, leading corporations, and various media outlets to provide talks on topics such as sleep, burnout, and wellbeing as well as fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
In addition to speaking engagements, Dr. Moshfegh has consulted with several tech companies to develop sleep and stress reduction programs for their clients and employees. She is certified in cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based therapies to target insomnia, stress, and anxiety.
